Primary Interview
After selecting the most relevant CVs, we invite candidates to an initial interview to conduct a first assessment. At this stage, we get to know their skills, career goals, and expectations. Reviews
At this stage, we seek feedback from previous employers to confirm the information provided in the applicant's CV and during the initial interview. Our goal is to ensure accuracy and reliability, taking a responsible approach to every recruitment decision.
Background Check
We work only with candidates and employers who fully comply with labor laws. As part of this stage, we carefully review all official documents provided — including education diplomas and certifications — to confirm authenticity and ensure complete compliance.
Technical Interview
Candidates who successfully pass the previous stages are invited to a technical interview. This stage is conducted together with company representatives — such as a team lead, project manager, or department head — to evaluate the candidate's professional knowledge and practical skills.
Job Offer
After the technical interview, we select the most suitable candidate and support the company in preparing a complete job offer.
